Breakfast was not that good as in other places in Costa Rica, e.g. no fresh juices in the morning.

The location of the hotel and the view from the rooms or the swimming pools, everything has been oriented to take full advantage of the place. The staff are attentive and very attentive. Without doubt our best accommodation in Costa Rica.

Super nice and comfortable accommodation in a great location - the view is breathtaking. The food was very good and some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Two to three employees in the restaurant were very unfriendly and grumpy - something we never experienced on our three-month trip to Central America. Since it hasn't changed over three days, this must be their normal behavior and is absolutely unacceptable for the hotel category. It's a shame, especially because the other employees are very friendly and attentive.
